Elections Voting Update : Voting for the third phase of Lok Sabha elections will be held on May 07, 2024, in Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, and Karnataka. It was conducted on 94 seats in all the states i.e. Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, UP, West Bengal, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman-Diu and Jammu-Kashmir. Out of 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar, voting was held in 5 seats in Jhanjharpur, Supaul, Araria, Madhepura and Khagaria in the third phase.
JDU’s Rampreet Mandal and VIP’s Suman Kumar Mahaseth from Jhanjharpur parliamentary constituency in Bihar, JDU’s Dileshwar Kamat and RJD’s Chandrahas Chaupal in Supaul, BJP’s Pradeep Singh and RJD’s Shahnawaz Alam in Araria, JDU’s Dinesh Chandra Yadav and RJD in Madhepura. Prof. In Chandradeep and Khagaria, Rajesh Verma of LJP (R) and Sanjay Kumar of CPI(M) are face-to-face. In the third phase, the fate of 54 candidates was decided in the EVM machines. Of these, 51 candidates are male and 03 candidates are female. Whereas out of 54 candidates, 19 are independent candidates.
Lok Sabha Elections Voting Update Phase-1, Phase-2
Voting for the first phase of Lok Sabha elections will be held on April 19, 2024, in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Andaman.
Voting for the first phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 was held on 19 April 2024 in a total of 14 states Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Tripura. Phase 1 voting was conducted peacefully.
Voting for the second phase of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be held on April 26, 2024 in a total of 16 states Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Jammu and Kashmir, Lakshadweep and Pondicherry, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Happened in Maharashtra, Manipur, Rajasthan. A total of 102 Lok Sabha sheets were involved in the Phase 2 elections.
Now the third phase of elections will be held on May 7, 2024 in the third phase on a total of 89 seats in the states of Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tripura, UP, West Bengal and Jammu and Kashmir. Whereas voting has already been completed in the first phase on a total of 94 seats in 7 states Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, UP, West Bengal, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman-Diu and Jammu and Kashmir.
Review of Lok Sabha Elections Voting Update Phase-1, Phase-2
The voting percentage in the phase 2 of Bihar was 60%. If sources are to be believed, enthusiasm for voting was seen among the voters, one of the reasons for this could be the reduction in the scorching heat due to falling temperatures in Bihar. Still, voting has decreased by 1.22 percent compared to 2019. In Bihar, 55.50 % of voting took place in Jhanjharpur, 62.40 % in Supaul, 62.80 % in Araria, 61 % in Madhepura and 58.20 % in Khagaria.
According to the Jhanjharpur Lok Sabha assembly, 56.30 % of voting took place in Khajauli, 55.60 % in Baburahi, 48.92 % in Rajnagar (SC), 52.50 % in Jhanjharpur, 52.10 % in Phulparas and 55.47 % in Laukaha.
According to Supaul Lok Sabha Assembly, 62.50 % of voting took place in Nirmali, 58.91 % in Pipra, 55.50 % in Supaul, 60.50 % in Triveniganj (SC), 60.56 % in Chhatapur and 56.28 % in Sinheshwar.
According to Araria Lok Sabha Assembly, 58.71 % voting took place in Narpatganj, 54.21 % in Raniganj (SC), 63.09 % in Farvisganj, 58.17 % in Araria, 59.60 % in Jokihat and 66.30 % in Sikti.
According to Madhepura Lok Sabha assembly, 54.70 % of voting took place in Alamnagar, 58.30 % in Bihariganj, 55 % in Madhepura, 51.05 % in Sonvarsha (SC), 55.07 % in Saharsa and 55.31 % in Mahishi.
According to the Khagaria Lok Sabha assembly, 51.60 % of voting took place in Simri Bakhtiyarpur, 57.45 % in Hasanpur, 56.10 % in Alauli (SC), 58.65 % in Khagaria, 57.50 % in Beldaur and 52.87 % in Parbatta.
Lok Sabha Elections Voting of Modi Effect for Politics
On one side voting has started and on the other side, political politics has also started. The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi says that the next five years are important to make the country a big global power, hence a capable government is necessary to deal with the global situation. At the same time, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that it will decide the future of India’s democracy and the future generations, hence every vote is valuable, go out and vote. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that people have voted to give impetus to the concept of heritage and development, to realize the dream of a developed India.
Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has said that the country is talking about the five guarantees implemented in Karnataka amid the general elections. Upon coming to power, the Congress government will implement ten guarantees across the country. The Chief Minister of Assam says that by voting, people have worked to strengthen democracy.
The long queue of people of all age groups at the booth is making the festival special. NCP (Pawar faction) chief Sharad Pawar says that the issue of Ram temple in Ayodhya is now over. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge says that this is not an ordinary election, it is an election that will save the country and the Constitution.
Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel says that BJP is scared of its defeat. Congress leader Ashok Gehlot believes that I have full confidence that together we will be successful in forming a strong government by realizing the concept of justice. BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chauhan says that the public will never allow the intentions of Congress to succeed.
The third phase of voting was more or less peaceful and the voting %age also does not seem to be more or less worrying. The fate of all the candidates in the three phases has been locked in the EVM machine and the decision will be announced on June 04. Voting has been more in the third phase than in the phase-1 and second phase-2.
Lok Sabha Elections Voting Update Phase -4
In Bihar, in the fourth phase, Darbhanga, Ujiarpur, Samastipur, Begusarai and Munger, in the fifth phase, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Saran and Hajipur, in the sixth phase, Valmikinagar Voting will be held in Champaran, East Champaran, Shivhar, Vaishali, Gopalganj, Maharajganj and Siwan and in the seventh and final phase, voting will be held in Nalanda, Patna Sahib, Patliputra, Arrah, Buxar, Sasaram, Karakat and Jehanabad.
